This Jack Polovsky sounds like one of my favorite types of characters: smart a-holes. The story seems very original and c'mon, a roadtrip? I haven't read DeStefano's Chemical Garden trilogy, but I hear her writing's as pretty as that cover.
Perfect Ruin could be about paint drying with that cover....can't wait to read it!

Such great picks this week! I love the premise behind The Paradox of Vertical Flight and hope it is as good as it sounds. I haven't read any of DeStefano's books either, but this seems really cool too.
